M5 insert (One M5 insert on both sides). Immediately after inserting the second insert, screw in the M5 rod or a M5 screw so it goes through both inserts. Let it cool down like this.

MGN9C_adapter
M8 insert. Insert slowly and carefully until flush. Immediately after inserting, screw in the M8 rod and make sure it's centered in the printed part and doesn't touch the walls.
